About Tian Tang Meng Xi
Thirteen years of government, banking, tax and on-the-ground experience in Mauritius, packaged into one executable path for your family.
A service company genuinely rooted in Mauritius
Tian Tang Meng Xi Enterprise Service Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of TIAN TANG MENG LTD. Our parent company has operated in Mauritius for 13 years. That experience — government liaison, banking and tax resources, school and property channels — is what we turn into a workable path from signing to settling in.
A parent company with deep local roots
TIAN TANG MENG LTD has been operating in Mauritius for over a decade and knows the local business environment and the pace of local procedures first-hand — not a remote middleman taking orders.
Registered in Mauritius
Our office is at Royal Rd, Goodlands, Mauritius. You are welcome to visit us in person, and every document and process step can be traced.
From first enquiry to settling in
Consultants, documentation, government liaison and bank account opening are all handled in Chinese. We represent you in English- and French-language settings.
Let us be upfront
Approval decisions rest with the Mauritian government. What we commit to is an honest assessment, solid documentation, and clear explanations at every step.
What we do for you
Immigration is not a single permit; it is a chain of interlocking steps. We provide four categories of service by stage — engage us end to end, or just for the one part you need.
Visa and Residence Applications
Matching you with the right option — Investor Visa (Occupation Permit – Investor), Retirement Permit, Residence by Property or Premium Visa — then preparing documents and following through on submission.
Business Setup
Company registration, licences and trading permits, bank account opening, tax compliance and annual filings — so the business behind your residence status actually runs.
Settlement
Bank accounts and residence registration, school enrolment, renting or buying a home, health insurance, utilities, internet and day-to-day assistance.
Policy and Insights
We track the latest rules from the EDB and government departments, and turn policy changes, tax points and living guides into plain language.
Our team and partner network
Immigration involves four professional domains — legal, tax, financial and lifestyle services — and no single firm covers them all well. Our approach: the local team leads the process, and specialist work is handled by licensed firms we have worked with for years.
What our local team handles
- Options and assessment: we first determine which visa category fits you, then discuss documents and budget — avoiding the time and cost of heading in the wrong direction.
- Documentation and submission: compiling the document checklist, coordinating translation and notarisation, submitting through the National Electronic Licensing System and tracking approval progress.
- Government and bank liaison: accompanying you to original-document verification and permit collection, and opening personal and corporate bank accounts.
- On-the-ground assistance: school visits and applications, property shortlisting, health insurance, utilities, internet and the practicalities of daily life.
What licensed professional firms handle
- Legal documents: documents issued, witnessed or certified by Mauritian lawyers or notaries, prepared in line with local statutory requirements.
- Accounting, tax and audit: company bookkeeping, tax filings and annual audits, handled by local CPA firms.
- Property transactions: title searches, sale agreements and transfer procedures, carried out by practising lawyers and notaries under the statutory process.
Why Mauritius
Mauritius is an island nation in the south-west Indian Ocean, about 800 km from Madagascar, known as the "Pearl of the Indian Ocean" and "the Singapore of Africa".
Mauritius was once a Dutch, French and British colony. Since independence in 1968 it has built a stable parliamentary democracy, and is one of the most politically stable and economically developed countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Its economy has successfully diversified from sugar cane into financial services, tourism, information technology, real estate and manufacturing.
English is the official language, with French and Creole widely spoken. The education system follows the British tradition, and the legal system is based on English common law. Mauritius is a leading international financial centre in Africa; its modern financial and professional services cluster is in Ebène Cybercity in the centre of the island, where many international banks, global funds and wealth managers have established regional headquarters.
Chinese passport holders enjoy visa-free entry. Flights from China currently connect via Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Istanbul in Turkey and Paris in France, with a one-way journey of about 12–15 hours — convenient both ways, making Mauritius a first-choice gateway for Chinese families moving to Africa.
